Reporting to CEO, 40 to 45 year Male
graduate in Engineering or Hotel Management or
Commerce with Post Graduation in Management
Experience : 10 to 15 years in Management of Malls / Hotels.
Profile :
• Strong knowledge of consumer/cultural trends.
• Leadership ability gained through managing and inspiring large and diversified teams.
• Experience in a responsible position in international Mall Management Companies in South East Asia/Middle East / Australia in managing Mall Operations at micro/macro levels in a multi location environment;
• Background in Hospitality Industry
• Good organizational skills;
• Creative thinker with high degree of integrity and
discipline;
• Superior interpersonal, relationship building, conflict
resolution and negotiating skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
Job Responsibilities • Overall upkeep and maintenance of the Mall Portfolio
including Engineering Services & Housekeeping
• Overseeing sales & promotion activities in the Mall Portfolio
• Increasing foot-falls in the Mall Portfolio
• Devising of business strategy to ensure increasing customer satisfaction and revenues. Optimise the system with cost cutting measures, evolving, introducing and maintaining processes at par with international standards. Keep track of competition and market, planning for future growth of business, business promotion and mobilizing workforce to achieve better performance.
• Training & development of staff, multi-skilling and
rightsizing manpower
• Monitoring the operations, interface with tenants and
occupants, promotional activities to attract retailers
• Provide leadership, direction and support to all tenant
interface and operations management, represent
operations in internal and external matters, interact with customers and authorities.
